    Ecogain is a knowledge-based company in ecology, species and ecosystems with 20 years of experience in biodiversity and also the initiator of CLIMB. The role of coordinating project partner has included responsibility for the project’s cooperation and progress. In 2025, the CLIMB steering committee initiated standardization process of a calculation method for biodiversity within the Swedish Institute for Standards (SIS, TK623). The work began in early 2026 and is expected to continue in the coming years.

    CLIMB was last updated in the spring of 2024 to version 1.3. We would like to be able to inform you about the updates that take place in the tool. To receive updates, send an email to climbnyheter@ecogain.se and write ”yes”.
